I have Nokia 6500 Slide with RM-278 the problem is whenever i received a message it didn't show the name only showed the number but whenever i received a call from the same sender it showed the name & number correctly .my email add:nauman.altaf@gmail.com

it must your 6500 Slide problem please intall new mobile software from the shopkeeper. its normally charges jsut Rs.300 from hall road and in hafeez cntre it will Rs.500 after software installation you will found this probelem solve
